Various capacities starting from 0.1 lph to 900 lph is available. The system consists of the tank of various sizes (LDPE/PP/PVC), chemical dosing pumps, smart digital pumps, low-cost simple dosing pumps, a tank of a low-level switch, foot valve and the injection valve. Smart digital pumps are used in various options of the process automation.

Smart Digital dosing system is used for better water treatment. More complex applications require intelligent dosing pumps with new control and adjustment mechanisms for simplifying operator’s job. This system helps in saving chemicals with high accuracy and flow control, no underdosing and overdosing, ensuring process reliability, reducing the cost of compliance, saving energy with latest drive technology, improved electronics, saving maintenance costs. 

Another solution is pressure sand filter. This consists of a M.S / FRP pressure vessel with frontal pipework and valves for the easy operation. The pressure vessel which is filled with the carefully selected grade of sand filter media filters out the suspended solids and turbidity. 

The filter is back washed regularly with filtered water and while filtering the raw water high turbidity and suspended solids from air scouring is used to ensure complete removal of the trapped solids. These help in the treatment of wastewater in an effective and efficient manner.

We manufacture manual and fully automatic activated carbon filter for the removal of free chlorine, chlorine dioxide, color, odour and organics from water. For desalination, an innovative technology called capacitive deionization - CDI is used. This technology can treat the ground and surface water containing high dissolved salts and take out all contaminants like fluoride, nitrates, arsenic, hardness etc, to produce a very clean drinkable water.
